Physical Therapist — Part-Time

**Interested in cash\-pay practice—but not in opening your own clinic? **

Bring your clinical specialty to Back to Better in Doylestown. You’ll have 60\-minute, one\-on\-one PT appointments, mentorship from an experienced practice owner, and we'll build your caseload.

Start with a mutually agreed schedule of approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into full\-time work.

Earn $55–$65 per hour based on your experience, clinical skills, and specialty expertise, plus performance\-based bonus opportunities.

We’re especially interested in therapists with experience and continuing education in **vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ, pelvic floor, or another specialty beyond general orthopedics**.

**Cash\-pay experience is not required. **

Bring your clinical expertise and ability to connect with patients. We’ll help you learn how to discuss treatment costs, address concerns, and guide patients toward appropriate plans of care.

**A place to put your specialty to work**

You’ll work alongside Dr. Holly Sanders in a growing practice where you have time to listen, assess, explain your findings, and deliver individualized treatment.

Your caseload will reflect your specialty and may include orthopedic patients, depending on your expertise. Holly will also train you to provide StemWave treatments as part of your role.

You are not expected to bring an existing patient following. We’ll build your schedule.

**What you’ll do**

• Independently evaluate and treat patients, including complex cases within your specialty.
• Provide individualized care during 60\-minute, one\-on\-one PT appointments.
• Help patients understand your findings, treatment recommendations, and expected progress.
• Learn to provide StemWave treatments.
• Complete documentation, schedule appointments, and collect payments.
• Answer patient inquiries and occasionally make outreach and follow\-up calls.
• Learn to sell appropriate plans of care through clear recommendations and thoughtful conversations about value and cost.
• Contribute ideas and participate in efforts to improve the patient experience, daily operations, and practice growth.

This is a small practice where you’ll have a voice in how things work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, takes initiative, and wants to help shape a growing clinic.

**What you’ll bring**

• A physical therapist license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Continuing education and demonstrated clinical expertise in a specialty beyond general orthopedics. No specific named specialty certification is required.
• Confidence independently evaluating and treating complex cases within your specialty.
• Strong communication, rapport, and follow\-through.
• Willingness to learn the patient communication and business skills involved in cash\-pay practice.
