About us

BUL Imports is an importer and distributor of firearms and accessories serving dealers and customers across the US. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and service operations.

What you'll do

• Answer customer and dealer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
• Handle product questions, order status, and general inquiries
• Coordinate gun service processes: warranty claims, repairs, returns (RMAs), and shipping
• Track service cases from intake to completion and keep customers updated
• Keep accurate records in our systems
• Work with the warehouse, service, and sales teams to solve issues

What we're looking for

• Native-level or fully fluent English, written and spoken
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer skills
• Basic knowledge of firearms (types, parts, terminology)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Organized, able to manage several cases at once
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to handle firearms (background check required)

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, ideally in firearms, sporting goods, or retail
• Familiarity with FFL/ATF shipping and compliance basics
• Spanish or Hebrew is a plus
