Lead a Growing Food-Grade Warehouse Operation

We’re a family-owned, food-grade third-party logistics (3PL) company serving leading food manufacturers and ingredient companies. We’re BRCGS certified with an AA+ rating, and we’re growing into a new facility. We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations and lead our team.

You’ll report directly to ownership and lead our Operations and Warehouse Supervisors. This role is for someone who can take ownership of the business day to day, so ownership can focus on growth.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations: receiving, shipping, inventory, staffing, and scheduling
• Lead and support the Operations Supervisor, Warehouse Supervisor, and warehouse teams
• Hold the team accountable to our SOPs, safety standards, and customer requirements
• Track and improve key metrics: inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, labor productivity, and damages
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer escalations, and resolve them professionally
• Keep the operation audit-ready for BRCGS, GMP, FDA, and customer quality requirements
• Manage labor and operating costs, and report results to ownership
• Help onboard new customers and support the move into our new facility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
• Experience leading supervisors and hourly warehouse teams
• Working knowledge of a WMS and inventory control
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable making decisions
• Food-grade warehousing experience (BRCGS, SQF, AIB, GMP) strongly preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
