PT Physical Therapist needed for home visits in Marathon Middle Keys Monroe County Florida

Growing Medicare certified HOME HEALTH AGENCY in Monroe County Florida has immediate positions available for the following staff:

Physical Therapist (PT) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

All Middle Keys including Marathon and surrounding areas

We seek dependable, caring and self-motivated professionals to join our staff and provide the highest quality home health care to our community.

The positions are part-time or per-diem providing visits to patient's homes.

Our pay rate is $100 per one hour visits for PT Evaluation and Discharge

Follow up visits are $50-$70 per one hour visit and can be done by PT or PTA.
