Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on HR professional to oversee daily human resources operations in a high-volume warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing HR, with proven experience managing employee relations, attendance, disciplinary actions, compliance, and hourly and contingent workers.

This role requires a decisive, resilient professional who can partner closely with warehouse operations, resolve employee issues in real time, enforce company policies, and promote a performance-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations in a high-turnover warehouse environment.
  • Enforce company policies, attendance standards, and workplace discipline consistently.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, written warnings, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Manage HR processes for hourly employees and contingent workers.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, Form I-9 requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready employee records and personnel files.
  • Partner with warehouse operations to address attendance issues, reduce absenteeism, and improve workforce reliability.
  • Resolve on-site employee concerns and workplace conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate payroll, time and attendance records, benefits administration, and related HR activities.
  • Support the administration of Workers' Compensation claims and child support deductions.
  • Promote accountability, employee engagement, and a performance-oriented workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to support contingent workforce management.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization is required.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR policies, and Form I-9 compliance.
  • Hands-on experience managing attendance issues, employee investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Experience managing hourly workforces in high-turnover operational environments.
  • Working knowledge of payroll coordination, Workers' Compensation, and child support deductions.
  • Ability to work onsite at the warehouse daily.
  • Strong conflict-resolution, decision-making, and employee relations skills.
  • Ability to remain professional, decisive, and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing contingent workers and coordinating with staffing agencies.
  • Background supporting high-volume warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience partnering with operations leaders to improve attendance, workforce accountability, and employee performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a bilingual English-Spanish HR professional with at least five years of hands-on experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing HR. They should be comfortable managing employee relations issues directly on the warehouse floor, enforcing attendance and disciplinary policies, maintaining employment compliance, and supporting payroll and contingent workforce processes.

Important

Candidates must meet all three core sourcing requirements: relevant industry experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and valid U.S. work authorization.
