PT Staff Accountant

America World Adoption Association, an evangelical Christian non-profit international adoption agency, is seeking a PT Staff Accountant to support the organization's finance department, remotely.

Basic Functions

The fundamental purpose of this position is perform routine clerical and basic accounting in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general bookkeeping operations.

Responsibilities including:

1. Accounts Payable

2. Assist with Staff Payroll, as needed

3. Journal entries and adjustments, as given

4. External ledger maintenance, as given

5. Administrative functions (finance)

6. Accounts Receivable – Program and Affiliate Offices

7. Assist with the development of SOP and policies.

8. Other duties as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Accounting: 3 years (Required)
