This pivotal role offers complete ownership over the firm's digital footprint, brand strategy, and referral networks, working directly with firm leadership and an external agency to drive multi-channel growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as internal liaison to the outside marketing agency managing SEO and website operations.
• Lead social media strategy and content creation across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Produce short-form video content and build targeted micro-landing pages to capture high-intent leads.
• Track digital marketing analytics, monitor campaign performance, and report conversion metrics to leadership.
• Build community referral relationships with accountants, financial advisors, and professional networks. #AVE2
