Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Operations Assistant supports the corporate operations team by providing administrative and organizational support across multiple multi-family properties. This role ensures efficient execution of company processes, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.

Duties

• Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and company documentation
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, training, and communications across properties
• Support onboarding and offboarding documentation for property staff
• Provide coverage for a property in a management role
• Monitor and review Google reviews for all properties and ensure responses are handled in a timely manner
• First in line to assist with answering and routing phone calls and helping customers
• Assist with vacant unit grades and property inspections and update the grading sheet accordingly
• Any other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year in management role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Good standing with company with no active corrective action

Experience:

• Operations: 1 year (Required)
• Property Management experience a plus

Language:

• Bilingual (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
