RN Home Health

Home Health RN position in Austin, TX with salary position, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Coverage area will be Austin and surrounding area. Will perform home visits to patients needing home health services.

Will provide all necessary services including, but not limited to, IV care, Wound care, Disease Management, Patient Education, Caregiver Education, Labs, In Home Documentation. We are looking for a great RN to join a small, dedicated team with the goal of providing the best patient experience. The ideal applicant would be able to work independently, make an impact in the lives of our patients, and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Current RN License
• Proficient in patient care and assessment
• Skilled in catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding
• Knowledge of EHR system, Wellsky/Kinnser
• Background in critical care and long-term care settings is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
