THE VISION

At Atlantic Adult and Pediatric Medicine in Lewes, we're building a practice where patients are family, in the relationships we build and in the care we deliver. We choose quality over volume and treat every patient the way our own loved ones should be treated. Everyone deserves that kind of primary care, and we deliver it without the concierge fees that have taken over our area.

We care for adults and children, including a large geriatric population. Outpatient only; no hospital rounds.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

BY DAY 90, YOU

• Carry 12-18 patients a day: follow-ups, acute visits, hospital transitions of care, and chronic disease management
• Make independent treatment decisions and bring complex cases to the supervising physician without hesitation
• Are confident in both your knowledge and your gaps
• Document so clearly that chart review is a quick sign-off

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

• You need approval for every decision. You'll have support, but you own your plans.
• You rush patients, or give them what they want instead of what they need, like antibiotics for a viral cough.
• You skip the double-check on doses and vaccines. Precision isn't optional here.
• You bring frenzy instead of focus. Our office runs calm and productive.

THE ROLE

AND THE PACKAGE

• Schedule: 4 days a week of patient care, with 1 optional evening. Full- or part-time considered.
• Call: phone triage call about 1 week in every 7-8.
• Support: 1.5 MAs per PA; shared-care, physician-led model; athena EMR.
• Pay: $135,000-$155,000 base plus productivity bonus.
• Health: $600/month tax-free health premium reimbursement for employee and spouse (QSEHRA).
• Time off: 14 PTO days plus 3 CME days; 6 weeks paid parental leave from day one.
• Also: claims-made malpractice with tail coverage; 401(k) with 3% match; all licensure reimbursed.
• PA-C strongly preferred. New graduates welcome.
• Seasoned nurse practitioners with 3+ years of primary care experience are also encouraged to apply.
