· Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Safety & Operational Standards

· Enforce track safety procedures, operational standards, and company policies.

· Monitor track conditions, pit lane activities, driver behavior, and guest safety.

· Coordinate responses to on-track incidents, injuries, weather interruptions, and operational emergencies.

· Ensure safety inspections, incident reports, and operational documentation are completed accurately and promptly.

· Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, safety, and employee preparedness.

Customer Experience & Event Operations

· Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the karting experience.

· Oversee guest check-in, driver briefings, track sessions, and customer flow.

· Professionally resolve guest concerns and service issues.

· Coordinate karting operations for corporate outings, private events, leagues, endurance races, and championship events.

· Work closely with Race Control and karting personnel to ensure successful event execution.

· Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Administrative & Operational Performance

· Maintain accurate schedules, timekeeping records, shift reports, and operational documentation.

· Monitor staffing levels, daily customer volume, and operational efficiency.

· Identify opportunities to improve productivity and manage labor costs.

· Assist with implementing operational improvements, new programs, and revenue-generating initiatives.

· Provide regular updates on staffing, operational performance, and guest feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, recreation, entertainment, motorsports, or a comparable fast-paced environment.

· Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience with direct employee oversight.
