About this role
The Senior B2C Digital Marketing Specialist will own the planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of integrated digital programs that support ASUS consumer brand awareness, preference, consideration, and demand generation for consumer laptops and related devices in the U.S. market.
This role is designed for an experienced individual contributor, positioned at the Senior Specialist to near-manager level, who can translate business priorities into effective campaign execution across paid media and selected digital channels.
The successful candidate combines hands-on platform expertise with strong strategic judgment and the ability to contribute meaningful brand and consumer insights in cross-functional planning.
While this role is not the final decision maker for brand-building strategy, they should be able to use campaign data, audience learnings, and market observations to inform positioning, messaging, media planning, and future optimization recommendations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Leadership: Lead digital campaign planning from strategy to activation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis for product launches, seasonal programs, and always-on initiatives.
- Paid Media Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic channels, including supporting retail media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect).
- Budget & Performance Ownership: Own campaign pacing, budget stewardship, and reallocations to optimize business outcomes.
- Measurement & Reporting: Develop measurement frameworks, set KPI targets, create performance reports, and translate findings into actionable optimization recommendations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, creative, channel, partner and web teams to develop messaging, assets, landing pages, and improve owned web experiences.
- Insights & Strategy: Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign learnings to surface actionable insights for future planning and brand-building.
- Vendor Management: Manage agencies, publishers, and technology partners, ensuring clear expectations and accountable execution.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of how brand-building works across the consumer journey, with the ability to contribute audience insights, messaging feedback, campaign learnings, and data-based recommendations to cross-functional planning discussions.
- Working knowledge of eCommerce, retail media, owned web, SEO, SEM, or conversion-rate optimization is valuable, but deep hands-on expertise across all areas is not required.
- Strong analytical ability and experience using data to diagnose performance, identify trends, develop recommendations, and communicate business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines with high attention to detail and limited day-to-day supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to present recommendations to stakeholders and work effectively across functions.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive and results-oriented working style.
