Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our Banking & Financial Services team. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand banking processes, gather business requirements, analyze data, and support ongoing banking technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Understand basic banking processes, including account opening, deposits, loans, payments, and transactions.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Work with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Assist with data analysis, validation, and reporting using MS Excel and basic SQL.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect tracking.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Banking & Financial Services.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn banking applications and business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
