Java Full Stack Developer

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **Java Full Stack Developer** with experience supporting **clinical trials, clinical research, and project management applications**. The developer will enhance and maintain NIH applications used for clinical research, project tracking, reporting, and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full\-stack applications using **Java, Spring Boot, React, and SQL Server**.
• Build REST APIs, backend services, and responsive web interfaces.
• Enhance clinical research applications with **project management capabilities**, including milestones, tasks, deliverables, and status reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports using **Power BI**.
• Work with NIH stakeholders to translate clinical and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in design, development, testing, deployment, and Agile activities.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.**
• **3–5 years of full\-stack development experience.**
• Strong experience with **Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, and relational databases**.
• Experience with **SQL Server** preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with **clinical trials, clinical research systems, or biomedical research**.
• Understanding of **project management concepts**, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred:** Experience with NIH/HHS, Power BI, clinical trial management systems, Agile development, and federal government environments.

This is a **hybrid position supporting NIH in Rockville, Maryland**.

Pay: $116,794\. 41 \- $140,655\. 64 per year
