We are seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention home-based services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and disabilities throughout Sonoma County . Requirements

Active California Physical Therapy License Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred (training available) Comfortable traveling between home visit locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive hourly rate: $60–$75/hour Sign-On Bonus Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k) with Company Matching Wellness Stipend Profit Sharing
