About this role
Build Your HR Career with an Industry Leader
Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe’s company, is a leading national provider of interior finishings solutions for homebuilders and property management clients. ADG delivers end to end design, procurement and installation services for flooring, cabinets, countertops and a growing portfolio of interior products.
Founded in 2016, ADG has grown by uniting respected regional operators across the country. Following its 2025 acquisition by Lowe’s Companies, Inc., the company continues to operate as ADG while benefiting from the scale, resources and brand strength of one of the most trusted names in home improvement.
Together, they are expanding their capabilities in a highly fragmented market while remaining committed to craftsmanship, service and local expertise that make their teams valued partners nationwide.
Why This Opportunity is Different
This isn't your typical HR Generalist position.
As a Field HR Generalist, you'll be part of ADG's Associate Support Team, providing responsive, high-quality HR support to leaders and associates across multiple business units. While your primary work schedule will align with the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones, you'll collaborate with leaders, associates, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence across the country to deliver an exceptional associate experience.
You'll serve as a key resource for day-to-day HR needs, helping leaders and associates navigate HR policies, employee relations matters, onboarding, HR transactions, payroll, benefits, leave administration, compliance, and HR systems.
You'll work closely with experienced HR Business Partners, escalating complex or higher-risk matters when appropriate and helping ensure our HRBPs can remain focused on strategic workforce priorities, organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership coaching, and business partnership.
If you're looking for an opportunity to broaden your HR expertise, solve meaningful people challenges, and contribute to a growing and evolving HR organization, this role was designed for you.
