Full Stack Engineer

I’m working with a high-growth AI-native technology company that is transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge claims technology.

They’re scaling rapidly and are now looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to become their first engineering hire in the US. This is a high-ownership opportunity where you’ll work directly with customers, solve complex technical problems, and help shape the company’s US engineering presence from the ground up.

🔥 The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, product and customers, working closely with stakeholders ranging from technical teams through to senior executives.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Working directly with customer stakeholders to understand technical and operational requirements
• Building and deploying systems that support critical customer operations and onboarding
• Developing reporting and insights for customers and internal teams
• Identifying opportunities to improve the platform based on customer needs
• Taking ownership of projects from initial requirements through to delivery
• Helping establish and shape the company's US engineering function

👀 What We're Looking For

• Strong full-stack engineering experience
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers
• Comfortable engaging with both technical and senior business stakeholders
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to solving problems
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go

Experience in a Start up Environment (Ideal)

💰 Package

$130K-$200K total compensation

Up to 15% quarterly performance bonus
