We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with over 11 years of project and program management experience, specifically focused on delivering cross-functional programs and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and a proven track record of managing complex programs in an agile software development environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage cross-functional virtual teams to deliver key program objectives while ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Plan and execute release planning, iteration planning, and estimation processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Implement agile methodologies and practices, mentoring teams in Scrum principles and practices.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring messages to suit the audience.
• Utilize continuous integration tools to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Drive organizational change by fostering an innovative and problem-solving culture within teams.
• Demonstrate creativity and self-direction in managing projects with little or no precedents.

Mandatory Skills

• 11+ years of project and program management experience with a focus on cross-functional projects.
• Strong background in Java and technical project management.
• Proven experience in agile software development environments.
• Expertise in release planning, iteration planning, and estimation.
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master is highly desired.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification is highly desired.
• Experience with continuous integration tools.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
