Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team. The NP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. This role involves both outpatient and potential inpatient responsibilities, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and education.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical exams for patients.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including imaging and lab work.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with care team.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide patient education on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses,and specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting (pulmonology, internal medicine, or critical care preferred).
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations is necessary to ensure compliance in all aspects of patient care.
