Build Your Career in a 50+ Year Orthopedic Organization

Are you a Physical Therapist looking for more than just another outpatient clinic?

Join an established, physician-led orthopedic organization with 50+ years of experience serving patients throughout the western and northwestern Chicago suburbs. You'll work alongside orthopedic physicians and rehabilitation professionals in an environment where physical therapy is directly connected to the broader patient-care experience.

This is an opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, work with a strong orthopedic population, and continue developing your clinical skills while becoming part of a growing rehabilitation program.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Competitive compensation: $85,000–$100,000 based on experience
  • $1,500 annual CE allowance to continue developing your clinical expertise
  • Work within an established orthopedic physician and referral network
  • Collaborate directly with orthopedic physicians and other clinical professionals
  • Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population
  • No regular travel between clinics
  • Work in a supportive, team-oriented PT/PTA/therapy environment
  • Join an organization with 50+ years of stability and growth
  • Opportunity for future clinical leadership and career advancement
  • Be part of an expanding rehabilitation program with potential for additional clinic growth

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
  • Provide hands-on treatment focused on restoring strength, mobility, function and independence
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when needed
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicate regularly with referring physicians and other referral sources
  • Work closely with PTAs and therapy technicians to provide efficient, high-quality patient care
  • Review clinical and operational metrics and use performance data to support an effective clinic
  • Contribute to a positive patient experience from initial evaluation through discharge
  • Participate in physician and community outreach that strengthens referral relationships
  • Support a collaborative environment focused on evidence-based care and continued professional development

What We're Looking For

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
  • Current unrestricted Illinois PT license or eligibility for Illinois licensure
  • 2+ years of clinical physical therapy experience
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation
  • Strong communication, organization and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
  • Comfortable using technology, Google applications and clinical/operational metrics
  • CPR certification preferred

The Bigger Opportunity

You're not joining a standalone therapy practice. You'll be part of a comprehensive orthopedic organization where physicians, therapists and other clinical professionals work together around the patient.

With an established referral network, a growing orthopedic patient population and plans for continued rehabilitation expansion, this is an opportunity to build your clinical career while growing with the organization.
