Duties

• Evaluate patient needs and deliver physical therapy, including orthopedic, neurological, geriatric, or pediatric care as appropriate.
• Develop and update care plans and treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide patient rehabilitation in settings such as hospitals, inpatient units, outpatient clinics, rehabilitation centers, or home and community care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals on coordinated patient care and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate physical therapy documentation in electronic health records (EHR) or other electronic medical record (EMR) systems, following clinical documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience practicing in a physical therapy role and knowledge of patient care, physiotherapy, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Relevant experience may include acute care, hospital, inpatient, outpatient, clinic, outpatient rehabilitation center, home health, or home and community care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and patients, including geriatric patients.
• Familiarity with treatment plan development, care plans, electronic health records, and physical therapy documentation.
• Experience with orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, or trigger point therapy is valued.

Pay: $48.99 - $59.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
