  • Perform data analysis to identify gaps, investigate variances, drive root-cause analysis, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Participate in process design and workflow optimization, including requirements gathering, documenting SOPs, and supporting platform workflow development/iterations with engineering/product teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Center Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Security/Compliance, and vendors to ensure accurate execution and timely system updates.
  • Prepare clear reports and presentations for stakeholders, and track action items through basic project management practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in data center operations, asset management, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience with BI and data analysis, with the ability to interpret metrics and produce structured reports (e.g., dashboards, operational reviews).
  • Experience in process/workflow design and/or exposure to platform workflow development (requirements, user stories, UAT support, SOP/work instructions).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams; basic project management capability (planning, tracking, stakeholder alignment).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Familiarity with systems such as AMS/IMS/CMDB/ERP/WMS, ticketing tools (e.g., Jira/ServiceNow), or data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau).
  • Understanding of audit/compliance requirements related to asset management (e.g., reconciliation, traceability, data security for storage media).
  • Experience working with vendors or third-party logistics/operations partners.
