• Lead design outcomes for mature projects, complex programs, or emerging areas, pioneering scalable and sustainable solutions for challenging problems with limited precedent.
• Shape and champion the long-term user experience and product strategy, influencing and guiding multiple adjacent design initiatives.
• Introduce fresh perspectives that challenge conventional thinking, fostering greater innovation and diverse thought within the team.
• Produce comprehensive, production-ready design specifications, prototypes, user flows, and assets, both adhering to and evolving established design systems.
• Drive extensive collaboration with diverse UX teams (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional partners (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) to deliver exceptional user-centric solutions.
