  • Onboarding & Adoption Alignment: Partner with implementation and customer service teams to facilitate seamless customer handoffs, accelerating time-to-value and software/service adoption.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the senior escalation point for commercial disputes or critical service disruptions, driving rapid resolution while preserving customer trust.
  • Pipeline & Deal Administration: Manage end-to-end operational workflows for renewals, expansions, and amendments, including quote generation, order processing, and billing coordination.
  • CRM Data Integrity: Ensure timely, accurate upkeep of CRM records, logging all client correspondence, contract renewal dates, deal stages, and account activity logs.
  • Operational Reporting: Produce regular cadence reports on account status, renewal risk, and customer operational metrics for leadership review.
  • Sales Enablement & Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the post-sales lifecycle and recommend process enhancements to standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and internal toolsets.

Strategic Sales & Team Collaboration
