Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

QA Automation / CI-CD Engineer

with strong experience in

Jenkins, test automation, Python scripting, and CI/CD pipelines

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in both

Linux and Windows environments

and a strong understanding of software testing, test case development, and automation.

Candidates with previous

Cisco experience

or experience working on Cisco networking products/projects will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain

manual and automated test cases

.

• Build and maintain

CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
• Develop

Python scripts

for test automation, validation, and test infrastructure.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and automation testing.
• Analyze test failures, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain detailed

test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports

.

• Work with both

Linux and Windows operating systems

for testing and automation activities.

• Troubleshoot automation failures and CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Participate in release validation and continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage and execution efficiency.

Required Skills

Jenkins

QA and software testing

• Experience developing and executing

• Hands-on experience with

SDLC and STLC

• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous

Cisco experience

is highly preferred.

• Experience testing

networking products, routers, switches, or network management systems

.

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, routing, and switching

.

• Experience with API testing and automation.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Exposure to Docker or other DevOps tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
