About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
UX Researcher
to join our product team and drive user-centered research across complex products and experiences. This role is ideal for a research-focused professional who is passionate about understanding users, uncovering actionable insights, and influencing product and design decisions through high-quality research.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
qualitative research
, the ability to independently lead research initiatives, and a deep understanding of how to select and apply the right research methodology based on business and user questions.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and meaningful product improvements.

We are seeking a
100% research-focused UX professional
with a strong background in qualitative research and user experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years of experience in
UX Research
and a strong understanding of UX best practices.
- Strong experience leading
qualitative research projects
from planning through execution and synthesis.
- Experience working in
complex, enterprise, or B2B environments
is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to determine and apply the appropriate research methodology based on research objectives and questions.
- Hands-on experience moderating
user interviews and research sessions
.
- Experience designing and writing effective
survey questions
.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize research findings and communicate insights through compelling
data storytelling
.
- Experience with project planning, prioritization, and research project management.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in
Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, UX, or a related field

- Candidates without a directly related degree may be considered with an additional
2–3 years of relevant professional experience
.
- 8+ years of UX Research experience
preferred, particularly in corporate, enterprise, or B2B environments.
- A
Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant research experience
may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end
qualitative and mixed-method UX research projects
, from research planning and methodology selection through execution, analysis, and presentation.
- Translate research findings and usability testing results into
actionable, prioritized recommendations
for product and UI design.
- Identify and clarify
user, customer, and business needs
and translate insights into compelling product and interaction concepts.
- Select appropriate research methodologies based on research objectives, product stage, and stakeholder needs.
- Plan and moderate
user interviews, usability studies, and other research sessions
.
- Develop effective survey questions and support quantitative research activities where appropriate.
- Integrate user research insights into
product design and design practices
.
- Partner closely with designers to define prototype requirements and research approaches for testing and iteration.
- Communicate research findings clearly to product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Document key
goals, themes, behaviors, and experience requirements
that need to be implemented by downstream UI and product teams.
- Create shareable UX research artifacts, including:
- Journey maps
- Storyboards
- User flows
- Research reports
- Personas / user profiles
- Experience maps
- Research frameworks and documentation
- Help establish and document the overall
UX strategy
, including experience principles, UI considerations, physical attributes, and other guiding principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are incorporated into product decisions.
- Prioritize the
UX research backlog
based on product strategy, roadmap priorities, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Communicate complex research findings through
clear, compelling data storytelling
that drives decision-making.
