**Pay Range: $45–$60 per visit**

**Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400**

We are hiring **Occupational Therapists (OTs)** to provide **in\-home therapy services** for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

**What You’ll Do**

  • Provide **evidence\-based pediatric occupational therapy** in the home and community
  • Perform **evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring** (OTs)
  • Develop and/or execute **individualized treatment plans and goals**
  • Deliver interventions to improve **ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development**
  • Educate and empower **families and caregivers** for carryover in daily routines
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Document care in an electronic medical record system
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

**Qualifications**

**Required:**

  • Active, unrestricted **Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)**
  • Graduate of an accredited **Occupational Therapy program**
  • Current CPR certification

**Preferred:**

  • **1\+ year of experience** as a COTA
  • Pediatric or home health experience
