We’re looking for a

Staff AI Engineer

to join a high-impact AI Engineering team building

production-grade AI systems

for enterprise initiatives.

This is a

hands-on technical leadership role

— ideal for someone who can architect and build AI systems from

, remain deeply involved in development, and provide technical mentorship and direction to other engineers.

• Strong

Python / Software Engineering

background

• Production experience building and deploying

AI systems from scratch

• LLMs / Generative AI
• Agentic AI & AI Agents
• RAG / Embeddings
• AI system &

software architecture

• AI evaluation, observability & production reliability
• Model selection, scalability, latency, security & cost optimization
• Strong hands-on coding experience
• Technical leadership & mentoring
• Ability to work with customers, product teams & business stakeholders
• Experience translating ambiguous business problems into technical solutions

• Forward-deployed / customer-facing engineering
• Advanced Agentic AI
