Registered Nurse (RN)

Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and respond to clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to support quality resident care.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Dependability and a commitment to quality care.

Pay: $45-$50 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements. Base pay is based on experience, with potential for higher hourly earnings depending on shift, schedule, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
