About the Position

We are looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Coordinator who can combine big-picture thinking with day-to-day marketing execution. This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing initiatives, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help grow the visibility of a practice that is passionate about making a difference.

You'll work closely with practice leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage our patients, attract new patients, and build community connections.

What You'll Do

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and quarterly marketing initiatives.
• Create strategies to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, and new patient growth.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions, patient appreciation campaigns, and special events.
• Help manage the marketing calendar, projects, and advertising budget.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook and Instagram.
• Create engaging content, reels, graphics, videos, and stories that showcase our practice, services, and team culture.
• Coordinate photography, video content, and creative projects.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across marketing channels.

Email, Website & Patient Communications

• Create patient newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional communications.
• Coordinate website content, service updates, and marketing materials.
• Develop educational content that helps patients understand our holistic approach and innovative treatments.

Community Outreach & Events

• Organize patient appreciation events, contests, community giveaways, and outreach opportunities.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations.
• Coordinate referral and community engagement initiatives.
• Help develop creative ways to keep Anders Dental connected and visible in the community.

Marketing Performance

• Track campaign performance, engagement, and marketing expenses.
• Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bring new ideas and creative strategies to the table.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, or brand management.
• Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
• Experience creating social media content, graphics, and marketing campaigns.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with leadership and team members.
• A creative thinker who enjoys turning ideas into action.
• Interest in holistic wellness, healthcare, aesthetics, or natural health is a plus!

Bonus

Experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, website content management, Meta Business Suite, and marketing analytics.

Location

Black Mountain, NC (In-office / Hybrid)

Schedule: Part-time, approximately [15–20] hours per week; flexible scheduling.

Compensation: $17–$35 per hour, depending on experience

• $17–$22/hour: Entry-level or less experienced; strong creative potential.
• $23–$28/hour: Experienced coordinator who can independently manage content and campaigns.
• $29–$35/hour: Highly experienced candidate who can develop strategy, manage campaigns, and work independently with minimal direction.
