As we expand our Atlassian and AI consulting practices in the United States, we are looking for a talented, hands-on Atlassian Solutions Architect who combines deep technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving customer problems.

About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong, customer-facing Atlassian professional who can understand business challenges, design effective solutions, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and lead successful implementations. The ideal candidate enjoys both solving business problems and building technical solutions, taking ownership from initial customer discussions through implementation and rollout.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with enterprise customers, collaborate with sales and technical teams, and play a key role in building and expanding ANB Technologies' Atlassian practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design, configure, customize, and implement solutions using Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, and Rovo.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer business needs.
• Support technical discussions, solution proposals, and architecture recommendations.
• Lead technical implementations from solution design and development through testing, deployment, and customer rollout.
• Configure Jira/JSM workflows, automation, service portals, SLAs, dashboards, permissions, and ITSM processes.
• Develop integrations and custom solutions using REST APIs, scripting, and Atlassian development tools.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and delivery resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the growth of ANB's Atlassian practice through reusable solutions, demonstrations, and technical best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience and strong technical expertise in Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers, conducting technical discussions, and presenting or demonstrating solutions.
• Strong understanding of Jira workflows, automation, permissions, and ITSM processes.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, scripting, or custom development.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage technical responsibilities and take ownership of customer deliverables.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
