This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Must have:  Analyze Business Processes: Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement.  Product Discovery: Perform competitor analysis, create opportunity assessment workflows, create product roadmaps, including setting targets and adhering to deadlines  Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.  Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, impact assessment, processes, and changes in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.  Collaboration: Work with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and system design and mitigate any roadblocks that can impact the delivery.  Testing and Implementation: Participate in testing and implementing new systems or enhancements.Kindly share the resume Thanks & Regards Dominic [email protected]
