Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist with 1+ year experience for a home health and skilled nursing facility position in SE Minnesota.

Details

• Split setting with 50% Home Health and 50% Skilled Nursing Facility, varying by area need
• Flexibility across settings is required
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm
• Home Health uses HCHB system and Skilled Nursing Facility uses NetHealth
• Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Onsite Therapy Supervisor available

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• New graduates will be considered
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Work under the supervision of an onsite Therapy Supervisor
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Candidates residing within an 80-mile radius are considered local and accepted at a lower rate
