As part of Enterprise Acquisition Products & Platforms, the Process Monitoring & Data Operations (PMDO) team delivers trusted, governed, and enterprise-ready application data that powers customer acquisition, risk management, compliance, analytics, and regulatory reporting across global markets.

We are seeking a manager to lead critical data products and capabilities that serve as the single trusted front door for application data across the enterprise. This role combines product management, data governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership to ensure application data is accurate, controlled, scalable, and ready for enterprise consumption

The Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing data products that ingest, standardize, govern, and distribute application data from acquisition platforms including GO2, GO2 Unify, GNA, and future onboarding technologies. The role will drive product strategy, delivery execution, data quality, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, risk, compliance, and analytics teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage the identification, assessment, and categorization of critical business intelligence and application data assets while supporting data access, sourcing, and consumption needs across the organization.
  • Monitor data quality performance and ensure identified data issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with business teams, product managers, platform owners, and technology partners to establish and execute data governance and data management frameworks, improve data quality, address platform and data-related challenges, and enhance the consistency and usability of enterprise data assets.
  • Partners with business and data stakeholders design, optimize, and implement repeatable processes that improve data management effectiveness, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data management processes with established policies and standards related to data quality, data creation, data sharing, data definitions, and data usage.
  • Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Operational Excellence teams to ensure that data management practices comply with applicable regulatory, privacy, and governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Establish and maintain controls that protect data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance while ensuring analytical outputs are based on trusted and reliable information.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry developments, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and future product or platform enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Management, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, or Technology Delivery.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms and data products
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of onboarding, customer acquisition, KYC, KYB, AML, or regulatory processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile product management and data product operating models.
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory reviews, and risk management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data migration, modernization, and enterprise data architecture programs.
