Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience

5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions

Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) certification

Preferred Skills --------------------

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications - CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
