Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver thoughtful, evidence-informed care across patient settings. You’ll assess health needs, develop care plans, prescribe medications within applicable regulations, and coordinate with healthcare professionals. The role may involve primary care, acute care, pediatrics, geriatrics, hospital medicine, or other specialties based on the practice setting.

Duties

• Conduct patient intake, physical examinations, vital-sign checks, diagnostic evaluation, and healthcare diagnosis; document findings in electronic health records (EHR).
• Provide patient care, medication administration, injection administration, IV insertion, phlebotomy, suturing, triage, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Insert / Management, and follow-up as appropriate to your scope and setting.
• Coordinate referrals, case management, discharge planning, and communication with patients, families, and the care team.
• Follow HIPAA privacy requirements, infection control practices, collaborative practice agreements, and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations.

Skills

• Required: Nurse Practitioner credentials and authorization to practice as an advanced practice provider, as applicable; sound patient assessment, anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical documentation skills.

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 4.0 per week
