We’re looking for a compassionate RN to join our team and help veterans stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. During each visit, you’ll have the opportunity to hear what’s working, notice what’s changed, and help our care team respond to what each client needs.

You’ll join an established caseload of approximately 20 Veterans Affairs (VA) clients. Each client is reassessed every 35 days, with visits staggered across the caseload. You’ll have flexibility to arrange appointments around your availability and each client’s due date.

This role focuses on in-home assessments, documentation, and care recommendations, with no administrator or agency licensing duties.

What you’ll do

• Conduct face-to-face initial assessments and follow-up visits in clients’ homes.
• Document findings, identify changes in client needs, and recommend care plan updates.
• Share relevant changes with the Amada care team so caregivers can better support each client.
• Coordinate appointments to keep each client’s reassessments on schedule.

What we need

• An active Florida RN license and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience conducting nursing assessments and developing or updating care plans.
• Clear communication, thorough documentation, and the ability to manage visits independently.
• A warm, respectful approach to clients and their families.
• Experience in home care or working with veterans is a plus.
