**Pay:** $80\. 00/hour, paid bi\-weekly

**Location:** Wahiawa, O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

**Schedule:** Part Time \- hourly

**Responsibilities**

• Provide in\-home physical therapy visits
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team

**Requirements**

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
• 1\+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
