IT Operations Manager

Career Details:

We are seeking a passionate IT Operations Manager. The purpose of this position is to manage and evaluate the organization's entire IT environment, including hardware, software, network systems, and security. This role ensures that the IT department operates efficiently, supports the needs of the organization, and contributions to business success.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science; or equivalent /education in the computer science field

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT field from the following areas:

Project Management

Business Applications

Customer Service / Help Desk

Server administration

Office 365 administration

Network administration

2 years of Supervisor Experience

Skills and Abilities:

Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
