Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to lead the development and management of our enterprise-level products and solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive product vision, align cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings that meet the complex needs of our enterprise clients.

Your expertise in product strategy, technical development, and stakeholder collaboration will be instrumental in shaping our enterprise product portfolio and ensuring its success in a competitive market. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality SaaS products on time and within scope.
  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translating them into detailed product specifications, wireframes using Balsamiq, UML diagrams, and user stories.
  • Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing (including user acceptance testing), deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams on system development, APIs integration, database management (SQL), and infrastructure considerations such as AWS cloud services.
  • Utilize project management tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and Microsoft Project to plan sprints, track progress via Agile planning frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.
  • Drive data-driven decision making by leveraging analytics tools like Looker and data analytics platforms to monitor product performance and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communication across business units to ensure clarity on project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing expectations effectively.
  • Lead efforts in requirements design, wireframing (using Balsamiq), system analysis, and documentation to support scalable product development initiatives.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and SAFe frameworks; proficient in Agile planning tools like Jira and VersionOne.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, APIs development, Java programming language, HTML for front-end considerations, Git for version control, and familiarity with SDLC processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex product development projects within both Waterfall and Agile environments; experience with TFS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in database management using SQL; experience with data analytics platforms such as Looker or similar BI tools for insights extraction.
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis skills, wireframing (using Balsamiq), UML modeling, test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirements design documentation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven success in technical product cross-functional team management; excellent stakeholder coordination skills across diverse business units.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure components relevant to enterprise solutions including IT governance standards; familiarity with Internet of Things (IoT) integrations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering teams, executive leadership, clients, and vendors; adept at strategic management of product portfolios.

Pay: $182,000. 00 - $242,000. 00 per year
