Position: -Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: - Marble Falls, TX

Full-Time role

Roles & Responsibility

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for LTC residents
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with Medicare and LTC best practices
• Implement and document Medicare-compliant gradual dose reduction (GDR) strategies
• Monitor and treat chronic mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia-related behavioral disturbances
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—nursing, medical providers, social services, rehabilitation, and facility leadership
• Complete accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualification:-

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PMHNP-BC license
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort working in LTC environments
• Commitment to timely documentation and high-quality psychiatric care

Pay: $140,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 per year
