This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys hospitality, takes ownership, and is comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Night Audit, and Food & Beverage.
- Lead, coach, train, and support hotel associates while promoting a positive and accountable work environment.
- Maintain a visible management presence throughout the hotel and assist departments during busy periods.
- Monitor arrivals, departures, occupancy, room inventory, guest requests, and daily hotel activity using StayPMS.
- Ensure accurate guest billing, payment processing, cash handling, refunds, adjustments, and shift reconciliation.
- Respond to guest concerns and provide professional and effective service recovery.
- Work closely with Housekeeping to ensure guestrooms are clean, inspected, and ready for arriving guests.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hotel operations experience preferred.
- Previous hotel supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
- Marriott or Aloft experience is a plus.
- Experience with StayPMS or another hotel Property Management System (PMS) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Front Office and guest-service operations.

- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coach and hold associates accountable while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Comfortable working hands-on alongside hotel associates when operational needs require it.
Schedule & Availability
This is a full-time management position in a 24/7 hotel environment. Candidates must have scheduling flexibility and be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Occasional overnight coverage may be required.
The Leader We're Looking For
At Aloft, our Operations Manager isn't expected to manage solely from an office. We're looking for someone who is visible, approachable, organized, and willing to step in wherever needed.
That may mean supporting the Front Desk during a busy arrival period, resolving a guest concern, inspecting guestrooms, coordinating a maintenance issue, helping W XYZ during a busy evening, or coaching an associate who needs additional support.
Most importantly, we're looking for a leader who takes ownership, follows through, communicates clearly, supports the team, and genuinely cares about the guest experience.
If you have hotel leadership experience and are ready for the next step in your hospitality career, we'd like to hear from you.
