**Position Overview:**

As a Solutions Architect for Microsoft Security, you will be working within our Cybersecurity practice on exciting engagements for our SMB through Enterprise clients across many industries.

We are looking for top performers that want to work and collaborate with highly motivated individuals on a high\-performance team and have a deep understanding of Microsoft Security as well as the overall cybersecurity landscape with the capacity to support and lead engagements in a dynamic, client\-driven environment.

This role will play a critical role in shaping our Cybersecurity practice vision, strategy, and growth, as well as supporting our strategic initiative to become a Professional Business Partner and Trusted Advisor to our clients.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, requirements, and goals
• Lead Presales and Architectural Design sessions to scope, plan, propose, and implement high\-quality solutions aligned to customer business goals and technical environment
• Develop technical documentation, such as solution architecture diagrams, high\-level design documents, and detailed design documents showcasing our dedication to high\-quality solutions and client commitment
• Maintain technical security standards, designs, and delivery playbooks across the Microsoft cloud security ecosystem
• Collaborate across various teams to drive successful client outcomes
• Support simple through complex programs in SMB to enterprise\-scale delivery engagements
• Support the growth and scaling of capabilities and solution offerings
• Serve as an escalation point for team members and clients in support of internal projects and client engagements
• Contribute to the development of go\-to\-market strategies for new and enhanced security solutions
• Work closely with the project managers, delivery managers, and technical leads to ensure the successful delivery of solutions
• Provide technical oversight and support to the project teams during the design, implementation, and deployment phases
• Conduct quality assurance and testing of solutions and ensure they meet the design specifications and client expectations
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Microsoft Cloud technologies and best practices

**Qualifications**:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5\+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, architecting and designing solutions in a consulting role
• 5\+ years of experience of hands\-on technical experience designing and implementing Microsoft cloud security solutions utilizing the entire Microsoft security ecosystem working with SMB through Large Enterprise clients
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Microsoft Defender XDR platform, including Entra ID Protection, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint, Purview, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud, Defender Vulnerability Management, and Security Exposure Management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security CoPilot, Sentinel, and Intune
• Strong knowledge and experience in security architecture principles and common security frameworks, including Zero Trust
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, and CoPilot
• Strong client\-facing consulting experience including work with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability and experience to operate across both sales (presales, proposals, solutioning) and delivery (execution, engagement leadership)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at one time
• Ability to work independently and in cross\-functional team settings, delivering on deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written with clients, senior leadership, technical teams, support staff, vendors, and business partners in both technical and non\-technical terms
• A proactive mindset with a high interest to stay abreast of the latest technology changes and advances
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Ability to obtain and maintain relevant Microsoft certifications
