Occupational Therapist/ COTA (Clinic setting)

Full Job Description

All Into Theapy LLC is seeking a creative, dedicated, and reliable pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) or COTA to join our team! Our practice delivers high-quality treatment to children with developmental disabilities throughout Arizona.

Responsibilities:

• OT's evaluate and treat a range of patients with developmental disabilities (including but not limited to Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Cognitive Disabilities, and other chromosomal syndromes).
• Document daily notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports with plans of care on a digital, easy to use EMR system
• Update patient progress to relevant parties

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• MUST be able to supervise at least one part-time COTA
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Valid State of Arizona OTR License
• Must have or be able to obtain: AHCCCS number and National Provider ID (NPI) number
• Level I Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR and First Aid Training
• Article 9 Training
• Valid Drivers License + Reliable Vehicle
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Minimum of 1 years experience (preferred)
• Bi-lingual a bonus!
