Graphic Designer

All Color is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our screen printing and embroidery team. You’ll work with customers and production staff to create custom apparel designs and prepare accurate, production-ready artwork.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise graphics for T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other branded merchandise.
• Prepare artwork for screen printing and coordinate files for embroidery digitizing.
• Convert low-resolution images into clean vector artwork.
• Produce digital mockups and proofs for customer approval.
• Check colors, sizing, placement, and file accuracy before production.
• Manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines.
• Organize design files and communicate clearly with customers and teammates.

Pay: $26.33 - $31.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
