Physical Therapist/Wellness Program Director

All Care Medical is an established, independent primary care medical practice in Pinellas County dedicated to comprehensive, patient\-centered care. We are expanding our clinical offerings by launching an innovative, specialized **Wellness Program**, and we are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial Physical Therapist to spearhead its growth, clinical delivery, and administrative management.

**Position Overview**

This is a unique hybrid role designed for a licensed clinician who wants to step beyond traditional, high\-volume insurance\-driven care and into a leadership position. You will split your time between direct patient care (traditional and wellness\-focused physical therapy) and managing the administrative, marketing, and programmatic operations of our new wellness initiative.

This is an 'in person' role. Primary office will be in Seminole, FL with occasional travel to our Clearwater \& Palm Harbor offices.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Clinical Care:** Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients requiring traditional physical therapy as well as specialized wellness and movement programs.
• **Program Leadership:** Serve as the operational coordinator for our wellness program, helping shape service offerings, educational content, and patient pathways.
• **Administrative \& Operations:** Manage scheduling, workflow optimization, and tracking program metrics within our practice management and secure patient communication platforms.
• **Marketing \& Community Outreach:** Collaborate with practice leadership to promote the wellness program, engage with prospective participants, and drive community awareness.
• **Compliance:** Ensure all clinical documentation, messaging, and program structures strictly adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

**Qualifications \& Requirements**

• **Licensing:** Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Florida.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 2–3 years of clinical PT experience; outpatient orthopedics or wellness/cash\-pay background is a strong plus.
• **Mindset:** Entrepreneurial, self\-motivated, and comfortable balancing patient care with administrative and marketing responsibilities.
• **Communication:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable educating patients and presenting program value.
• **Tech\-Savvy:** Comfortable navigating modern practice management software and secure client communication portals.
