Position Summary

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll provide skilled, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes across the Las Vegas area. You’ll assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions that promote comfort, independence, and dignity.

This position is ideal for RNs seeking flexible, per-visit work — whether to supplement income or enjoy a more balanced schedule — while continuing to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and symptom control.
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care and emotional support for hospice patients and their families.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Document care accurately and promptly in EHR in accordance with agency policy and regulatory standards.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety practices within the home environment.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the State of Nevada.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health, hospice, or medical-surgical experience preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, compassionate, and able to work independently in the field.
• Wound care experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $50.00 - $110.00 per hour
