Sales Representative / Tree Estimator

Job Summary

As a Sales Representative / Tree Estimator, you’ll connect with prospective and existing customers, assess their tree-care needs, and prepare clear, accurate estimates. You’ll guide customers through service options, build lasting relationships, and move opportunities from initial conversation to a confident decision. This role combines field-based estimating with sales, account management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Explain recommendations and service scope clearly, respond to questions, and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Meet with property owner's, walk properties ,evaluate tree health ,hazards and removal or trimming requirements and provide expert recommendations
• Follow Up on pending bids cultivate ongoing customer relationships and closed sales to support company growth and crew scheduling.
• Manage customer accounts, maintain accurate records in Salesforce or another customer relationship management (CRM) system, and track opportunities through sales management systems.
• Monitor sales activity, analyze results, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Your impact: Accurate estimates and clear client communication help customers make informed decisions and receive services suited to their needs.

Skills

• Strong sales, negotiation, deal-closing, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Calculate accurate pricing, draft clear job estimates/ proposals and communicate scope of work effectively to clients and crew.
• Leadership experience is a plus; able to build trust, communicate recommendations, and close sales.

Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per day
