About this role
We are a nationwide network of addiction treatment centers providing evidence-based care for substance use
disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Through individualized treatment and a full continuum of
care, we help clients build the skills, confidence, and foundation needed for lasting recovery and a healthier,
more fulfilling life.
About the Role
As a Licensed Registered Nurse / Registered Nurse, you are responsible for the medical care and safety of clients moving through detox and
residential treatment. You will assess clients on admission and throughout their stay, administer medications
and injections as prescribed, monitor vital signs and respond to changes, and keep accurate records in the
electronic health record system. You will work closely with providers, clinical staff, and fellow nurses to build
and carry out each client's care plan, and you will maintain medication stock and MARs to the standards our
licensing and accreditation require.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced setting. Clients are often at their most vulnerable in their first days of
treatment, and the steady presence of a skilled nurse makes a real difference in how they settle in. Beyond
