AT&T Sales Associate

A productive sales conversation should leave the client clearer than when it started. Alisei TX Inc. is seeking an AT&T Business Sales Associate in McAllen to help create that experience. The AT&T Sales Associate will also connect with our business clients in person, discover their connectivity needs, and communicate AT&T Business’s world-class options in simple terms.

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will take something that sounds complicated and make it obvious. Our clients do not want a lecture about network architecture. They want to know if their team can stay connected without drama.

The AT&T Sales Associate will then have sales talks with them, learn what matters most to them, and introduce AT&T Business in person.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate

• Engage with our business clients in person, sharing how AT&T’s reliable services can support their daily operations and long-term growth strategies.
• Help identify their specific needs in person, then recommend straightforward, reliable solutions that are easy to understand and implement.
• Build confidence by sharing how AT&T’s dependable network can enhance their efficiency without adding technical complexity.
• Support seamless onboarding in person by guiding clients through service options and upgrades, making the sales process simple, quick, and transparent.
• Promote the benefits of integrated communication solutions that streamline processes across the internet and mobile services, helping them operate more smoothly.
• Maintain a friendly, professional approach that fosters trust and encourages ongoing partnerships with our business clients.

Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Passionate about sales, client service, or telecommunications is a plus
• Strong listening skills for creating relevant sales recommendations.
• Comfortable responding to questions while maintaining sales momentum.
• Professional and approachable when handling customer and sales conversations.

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,300.00 per month
